CNC Machine Warranty

15 Day Return Policy.

A return may only be requested during the first 15 (fifteen) days after the delivery date of your CNC Router Machine. If you would like to return your CNC Machine, email your request for a Return Authorization Code to helpdesk@mecitlabs.com. A refund cannot be processed without an authorization code.
The kit must be returned to MECITLABS in unassembled condition. We will be unable to honor requests for returns after the 15 (fifteen) day period has expired.

Return Shipping Damage

MECITLABS will not be held liable for any damage(s) incurred in return shipping. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance to cover the original purchase price for the product returned to MECITLABS.

90 Day Warranty Period

MECITLABS guarantees all supplied parts and components for 90 (ninety) days after the delivery date. If any parts are missing or defective, please contact MECITLABS within the 90 (ninety) day warranty period by email to warranty@mecitlabs.com. After 90 (ninety) days no warranty is expressed, given or extended nor can any refund be offered.

Technical Assembly

The assembly, setup, and a basic understanding of the machine’s parameters requires technical knowledge, mechanical proficiency, and operating experience.
We cannot guarantee a customer’s ability to assemble, setup or use our product(s). Since the quality of any products or projects created using a CNC Router is dependent upon its proper setup and a basic understanding its operating parameters, MECITLABS does not guarantee the quality of the parts manufactured using a CNC Router.

Router Warranty

Do not return the router to MECITLABS. The router is covered by a one-year warranty and service will be provided by the manufacturer.
Keep the date code located on the label on the Router box. This will serve as your proof of purchase. To locate the closest more service center just follow the documents given in the Router box.

Software

No warranty is given nor will any refund be offered for any software. Please see the “try before you buy” on respective webpage
